Crossfit Envy utilizes a combination of gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, ring work, etc.), weightlifting (Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.), and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, sled-dragging, etc.).

They combine these into high intensity workouts to both maximize results, and minimize time required in the gym.

They also put a major emphasis on flexibility, self-care, and nutrition to ensure that their clients experience great progress, and stay injury-free. Conveniently located just 1 mile south of Howe/Power Inn and highway 50.

The “box” is over 5000 square feet, much of which is open space conducive to the CrossFit experience, with 22 foot plus ceilings that provide the ability for rope climbs and other CrossFit movements that are oftentimes restricted by ceiling heights. Their 10,000 sq ft yard is freely utilized for many WOD’s.

The facility is equipped with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, squat racks, gymnastic rings rowers and even axles, atlas stones and Airdyne bikes. During the hot summer days you can count on them cranking up their industrial swamp cooler. With built in dressing rooms you can come from work, school, or wherever and get right to work.
